What You SHOULD do
The best way to build up a guild is to invite friends. The reason you should do so is because friends will actually talk to you and you know if a friend is active or not. The ALREADY gets rid of the two main guild-killer factors of a member. Better yet, friends are likely to trust the guild more so they will invite THEIR friends who¡¯ll invite THEIR friends. Before you know it, you¡¯ll have an active, friendly guild. Tada!
Another Way You Can Do It
Another way to recruit good members is to attract them. Put an interesting guild call on Basil or smega a recruiting message. Or even better, become famous by posting videos, guides (looks away innocently), or becoming a Basil freak (AznSeal, ZomgPro, etc.). That way, the moment you tell every about *insert famous person* ¡®s new guild, 368 people will jump for the opportunity of being in the guild of a famous guy.
Rankings
Ok, you¡¯re the master. You can up titles and lower titles. But whom should you lower? Who¡¯s title should you raise?
Who Should Be a Jr. Master
Junior Masters should:
-be active (important)
-be talkative (important)
-be friendly (VERY important)
-know you in real life (slightly important)
-know friends who are willing to join (important)
-be responsible (VERY important)
Who Should Stay a Regular Member
If any of the following is true about a person, he/she probably shouldn't be a Jr. Master:
-gets mad easily
-is a jerk
-doesn't like the guild (I only joined because theres no other guild available¡±)
-is irresponsible
Things to Keep Your Guild Preoccupied
Ok, you¡¯ve got a nice guild of about 30 or so active members¡ now what?
KS Wars
Though I highly do not recommend KS wars (they often bring more pain than gain), guilds can be used to compete with other guilds for kills. KS wars are usually started when a someone meets a jerk or IS a jerk while training. For example, two guys are training on the same map. The first guy gets pissed at the other guy for Ksing him. It becomes an argument and one of the guys brings in his guild to ¡°teach the other guy a lesson¡±. The other guy, not to be overdone, brings in his guild too. For the next 20 minutes, the two guilds savagely try to kill steal each other and bring the other into submission. Tada. Sounds stupid eh? To be truthful, it is. Some humans don¡¯t blow steam as well as others, so KS wars are a common way to make the other guy pay. But no matter how idiotic these wars are, people will still enjoy them. So that¡¯s a good way to keep your guild busy.
